NOTHING, really!!!! at the arrival they just said they dont have the room I had booked. obviously they rent it out freely, ignoring the reservation, but why would they confrim???!!!!???? In the end they can always say its a „problem with booking, problem with booking” and all you can do is go somwhere else.
